Add a little sparkle to your holidays with a raw quartz crystal ornament. The copper hook is hand-shaped and hammered. Please allow for variances with size, shape and clarity of each beautiful stone and hook as each is one-of-a-kind.

Every HAWKHOUSE piece is handcrafted in my tiny island studio on Martha's Vineyard. It comes ready for gift giving in hand-stamped, earth conscious packaging.

Shipping

Processing time

Orders are always made by hand and sometimes make to order. As such, we ask for 1-2 weeks to create and ship your item(s). We kindly ask for you to take this timeline into account when placing your order.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. HAWKHOUSE is not responsible for delays due to processing in customs.

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

WHOLESALE

• We reserve the right to alter our prices at any time unless prior invoiced.

• We accept payments via credit cards and PayPal. PayPal payments should be sent to: thelittlebird@hawkhouse.net and MUST include a note referencing the name of your company.

• HAWKHOUSE orders must be pre-paid. No orders will be shipped until full payment is received.

• If you are unhappy with any pieces, we are more than happy to exchange. We only refund/replace if an item has been damaged in shipment.

• As a courtesy, we offer swap for credit on stagnant items. Swapped pieces must be accompanied with a minimum meeting reorder, and the reorder must match or exceed the value of swapped pieces. We are not able to carry credit over to multiple orders.

• Orders may be cancelled within 4 business days of the order placement.
