Our jewelry is unique and one-of-a-kind. Please note there will likely be variances in the size, shape and color of each stone. All elements of your piece are handcrafted in our tiny studio on the island of Martha’s Vineyard. Your jewelry will arrive ready for gift-giving in hand-stamped, earth-conscious packaging.

In stock pieces are shipped in 1-3 business days. If you purchase a custom piece or size, or if your piece is not in stock, we will require more time to make your order. We kindly ask that you take this into account when considering your purchase.

• We reserve the right to alter our prices at any time unless prior invoiced.

• We accept payments via credit cards and PayPal. PayPal payments should be sent to: thelittlebird@hawkhouse.net and MUST include a note referencing the name of your company.

• HAWKHOUSE orders must be pre-paid. No orders will be shipped until full payment is received.

• If you are unhappy with any pieces, we are more than happy to exchange. We only refund/replace if an item has been damaged in shipment.

• As a courtesy, we offer swap for credit on stagnant items. Swapped pieces must be accompanied with a minimum meeting reorder, and the reorder must match or exceed the value of swapped pieces. We are not able to carry credit over to multiple orders.

• Orders may be cancelled within 4 business days of the order placement.
